VidSynth offers a 7-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund contact trevor@keystackstudio.com with your order number. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5-10 business days to appear. After 7 days all sales are final. License keys are deactivated upon refund.
VidSynth requires a third-party AI API key to function. The purchase price covers the software license only — API usage costs are separate and billed directly by the provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). Typical costs range from $0.01 to $0.20 per video depending on provider and video length. VidSynth never stores or transmits your API keys beyond your local machine. Users are responsible for their own API usage costs and must comply with their chosen provider's terms of service.
VidSynth processes video content locally on your machine. Audio transcription runs entirely offline with no data leaving your device. During analysis, the text transcript is transmitted to your chosen AI provider for content analysis. Screenshots are optional — if enabled, captured images are transmitted to your chosen AI provider for visual review and relevance scoring. If screenshot capture is disabled, no image data leaves your device whatsoever. Users have full control over what data is transmitted. No raw video or audio files are ever transmitted under any circumstances. VidSynth does not collect analytics, usage data, or personal information. All data transmitted goes directly to your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) and is subject to their respective privacy policies. You retain full ownership of your content.
Each license activates on one device. Licenses are for personal or commercial use by the individual purchaser. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of license keys is prohibited. KeyStack Studio LLC reserves the right to deactivate licenses found to be in violation of these terms.
KeyStack Studio LLC is committed to making VidSynth accessible to all users including those with disabilities. We aim to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines for our website. The desktop application supports system-level accessibility features including screen reader compatibility and keyboard navigation. VidSynth is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. AI-generated summaries and analysis are produced automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Users should review all generated content before relying on it for business decisions. KeyStack Studio LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated report content.
These policies are governed by the laws of the State of California. KeyStack Studio LLC is a California limited liability company.
